Hi Marcel:

That is super exciting! I'm jealous.

What was the screenplay about?
I hope you have a great time out west, and you continue to enjoy lots of success. Once you are a major player, you're going to have to 'greenlight' a superhouse project. :-)

I'm looking forward to hearing you regal us with tales of your Hollywood experience.

I finally did it... I broke into Hollywood, big time... I just finished the rewrite of a feature length screenplay that is greenlit for production, and will be going to L.A. soon for script reviews with the director and producers.

The producer who hired me wants to collaborate with me on other projects, and he wants to produce one of MY screenplays.

I may be the oldest writer ever to break into Hollywood...and I may have to move out there to be close to the action.

Hi Marcel,
It's good to hear that good things have happened to you. Good things have happened to me as well.  I'm very involved in relationship with someone. He comes in from Chicago every weekend and we're talking seriously about a future together.  Between work and weekends, I don't have much availability. I'm not opposed to correspondence though. If you feel like writing, I'll answer whenever I can.
